We are working on a wonderful diary of courses and events. We have some fabulously creative, expert practitioners lined up for our hands on workshops. These are to include cookery, floristry, print making, weaving and jewellery making. Our events schedule will be pop-up suppers, exhibitions and collaborations with Holy Trinity Church. Linocut with Janet Sherwood
On this one day course you will create a single block, single colour design. There will be a warm up exercise so that you gain confidence, experiment with the cutting tools, learn how to roll ink and apply to your block and print.
Monotype with Janet Sherwood
Monotype is a relief printmaking technique, we will be using rollers and everyday utensils to create images. This again is suitable for beginners and can be done at home without a printing press. Monotype covers many techniques and on a one day course you will be shown 3 or 4 different techniques. You will be working on an A4 plate and printing using handmade Japanese paper

Wild About Garlic
A morning exploring and preserving wild garlic. The season is short and sweet so this is the perfect opportunity to learn a variety of ways to preserve and extend it’s use throughout the year.

Mollie McMillen Willow Bird Workshop
This workshop includes three bird related projects (a nesting , feeder and decorative bird) working with British grown sustainable willow.
Mollie McMillan Round Willow Tray
This workshop uses the fundamental basketry techniques to make a round base. Sides will be woven using a waling weave to make this beautiful and functional willow tray. Perfect for a multitude of uses in the home.
