During this morning session you will learn how to make a shortcrust pastry and a rough puff pastry. Together you will make use of the pastry and create 3 different bakes to take home and enjoy.
Seasonal Roasted Veg Tarts with a shortcrust pastry (there is an option of vegan if requested for this tart).

Flakey Cheese Biscuits
You will also look at how you can adapt to a vegan pastry and have spare pastry to take home to practice.
Arrive at 9.30am to join us for coffee and something sweet, teaching will commence shortly after concluding at 12.30pm. Cost for the session £80.
For those wishing to attend the Sweet Pastry session in the afternoon a complimentary, vegetarian lunch will be provided by Sage and Season. Just add both sessions to you basket. Book Sweet Pastry 1.30pm - 4.30pm.
The class will be kept to a maximum of 8 guests to ensure that you have any support and assistance required throughout the day. Sage and Season will host you providing refreshments and snacks. We are to be notified of any allergens at least 7 days prior to the event at amanda@sageandseason.co.uk. We are only able to accommodate allergens and not dietary preferences
